SHIPPING

Vendor Drop Ship Of All Products: No stock is kept in SalePriced warehouse, all items will ship directly from the manufacturer and are subject to availability at the vendor location. All payment transactions must clear before shipping or refunds will be authorized or completed. Once an order has shipped that order can't be cancelled. Because it must be handled separately from any product that could ship from SalePriced or directly from other manufacturers, you might receive multiple order numbers when you place an order if there are other products on your order that ship from SalePriced or from other manufacturers. Please be advised that you will not incur any additional handling charges as a result. Minimum order quantities may apply. Please note that this option is only available to customers who have established terms with us. If you are currently using credit card terms or COD, please contact credit at 1-724-747-8309 so we can further assist you.

RETURNS

All product returns must meet SalePriced return policies in order for SalePriced to issue a Returns Authorization. All products are factory drop shipped to your door so SalePriced will only act as an 3rd party agent for returns required on your behalf. Provided SalePriced has return rights with its manufacturers/suppliers.

SalePriced only accepts the return of products that fall within one of these categories within THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of SalePriced invoice:
Factory Sealed (in fully resellable condition - i.e. no stickers, markings, etc.)
Defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA)

IF SALEPRICED DOES NOT HAVE RETURN RIGHTS TO THE MANUFACTURER,THE PRODUCT IS NON-RETURNABLE THRU SALEPRICED. HOWEVER MANUFACTURER MAY ALLOW DIRECT INTERACTION WITH THEM SO PLEASE READ ALL DOCUMENTATION IN THE ADVERTISED ITEM LISTING ON OUR SITE. SALEPRICED IS A FACTORY DIRECT DISTRIBUTOR OF THE ITEM WITHIN OUR PRODUCT CATALOG.

Types of returns that you can request from SalePriced Customer Service:

Replacement returns of products damaged on arrival (DOA) - If you have a COD account, SalePriced ships the replacement product as soon as the damaged product is received back.

Credit returns of undamaged products - Credit returns may be available depending on a variety of conditions. You ship the product; when it is received, SalePriced credits your account. Custom-configured products cannot be returned for credit.

Products returned for any reason other than Dead on Arrival (DOA), Defective, or Open – Non Defective, must be in resalable condition (no stickers, etc.), complete and unused, and the outer seal must not have been opened or re-taped. Product boxes that have been opened or re-taped are not eligible for return and will be refused and returned back to the customer.

All eligible returns will receive a Credit that will be issued at current pricing or original purchase price, whichever is lower, for use toward future purchases.

For your Returns Authorization to be issued and honored, your Accounts with SalePriced must be current.

Products Returned Without a Valid Returns Authorization:

Products not authorized for return shall be defined as "overgoods." Overgoods may be returned to you at your expense or SalePriced may, in its sole discretion, issue a credit for the last purchase price, or the current price or the cost of goods less a 30 percent handling fee. SalePriced will not be liable for any loss or damage to overgoods.

Custom Orders/Products Returns Not Allowed:

All orders that require configuration or assembly of product to meet customer specifications are non-cancelable and may not be returned to SalePriced. These orders are custom built to meet a specific customer's need and may not be canceled. The customer is responsible for the full payment of the order once a purchase order has been sent to SalePriced.

Additional Products Not Eligible for Returns: End-of-Life Products Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Products

Refusal of Orders: Refused orders may be subject to a cancellation fee. Call Customer Service at 724-747-8309 before refusing any shipment. Failure to call Customer Service may result in credit refusal, and products will be returned to you at your expense.

We accept no returns from International customers. Any return of the Products purchased hereunder, whether for stock balancing purposes or because such Products are claimed to be defective, shall be governed by SalePriced.net Product Return policies in effect on the date of the invoice, or as otherwise provided by SalePriced.net to Buyer in writing. SalePriced.net Product Return policies are located at www.salepriced.net. SalePriced.net reserves the right to modify or eliminate such policies at any time. Although SalePriced.net policies may permit Buyer to return Products claimed to be defective under certain circumstances, SalePriced.net makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the Products. SalePriced.net HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SalePriced.net WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, COST OR EXPENSE FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY. The right to return defective Products, as previously described, shall constitute SalePriced.net sole liability and Buyer's exclusive remedy in connection with any claim of any kind relating to the quality, condition or performance of any Product, whether such claim is based upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence or other tort, breach of any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose, or otherwise. In the event SalePriced.net issues a return authorization to Buyer allowing Buyer to return Product to SalePriced.net, Buyer will deliver the Product to SalePriced.net address in the United States, if so required by SalePriced.net, and Buyer shall bear all applicable federal, state, municipal and other government taxes (such as sales, use and similar taxes) as well as import or customs duties, license fees and similar charges, however designated or levied, on any replacement Product to be shipped by SalePriced.net to Buyer.


We strongly always encourage all our shoppers to phone us ahead of a purchase to insure the stock counts on our site are currently accurate. Due to high demand for our products items can sellout within a few moments. A fee for restocking of 4.9% will apply if you order an out of stock item and request a refund rather than wait for an item on backorder. Thank You!
